Cold Brew Pear Black Tea Spritzer

Ingredients
- 2 bags of True65 Single Estate Black Tea
- 2 cups of cold water
- 1 cup pear, diced
- Iced sparkling water
- Cinnamon sticks (to garnish)
Instructions
- Combine the tea, water and pear in a mason jar and cover with a lid.
- Shake and place in the refrigerator for 12 hours, and then strain.
- Fill a glass with ice and pour in 2 parts cold brew tea and top with 1 part sparkling water.
- Garnish with cinnamon stick and serve.
